职位描述
- Perform inspections and approvals of finished goods. - On site printing monitoring - Identify and drive quality improvement - Acts as the quality liaison between all departments - Direct contact for customers regarding quality concerns and improvements - Provide regular reporting and make recommendations and decisions on data. - Track internal and external quality issues. - Lead corrective actions to find root cause and implement elimination strategy. - Establish, implement and maintain quality procedures. - Helps identify areas for improvement and helps drive continuous improvement - Represents IP at customers\\\' facilities and also 3rd party vendors - Develops internal training materials and quality procedures - The job includes regular travel to Mainland China (Xiamen, Dongguan, Shenzhen, and Shanghai….etc.).
招聘要求
- Minimum 8 years\\\' industry and supervisory experience - Experience in printing (flexo and Litho) or packaging industry is a must - Knowledge in Display Packaging is preferred - Good spoken/written English - Strong ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts - Responsible, proactive, mature and able to work under pressure - Reliable and able to keep confidentiality - Strong interpersonal, organizational skills. Self motivated and hard working - Can work overtime if needed - Details oriented, attention to details - Manufacturing experience a plus
